·         Proper Sleep: It’s a well-known fact that our body grows and regenerates tissues while we rest. Proper sleep and rest are absolutely essential in a growing body. Growing children and teenagers should have at least 8 to 11 hours of proper sleep every night in order to reach their maximum height. All you need is a bar for this. Hang from it with your arms and spine stretched for 10 seconds. Repeat 12 sets one after the other or continue to do this for 2 minutes every day
·         Swimming: Swimming is one of the best ways to increase your height. If one starts this at an early age, surely his/her height will be adequate. 2 hours of daily swimming for 4-5 days a week can be highly effective in increasing your height. The breast stroke is specially recommended for those who wish to increase their height. Swimming is a full body, intense form of exercise which will help to lengthen your muscles and build muscle strength.
·         Yoga: Yoga is a great and comparatively less strenuous way to increase your height naturally. Yoga brings about overall fitness which is useful to give a boost to your height. Certain yoga poses facilitate the release of growth-inducing hormones in the body. The stretching and balancing exercises involved in yoga strengthen the muscles and improve the posture of the body as well. Try yoga poses such as triangle pose (trikonasana), cobra pose (bhujangaasana), mountain pose (tadasana), pleasant pose (sukhasana), tree pose (Vriksasana). ·         Stronge immune system: Keep your immune system strong. Some childhood illnesses can stunt your growth. ·         Eating fresh foods: Keep your immune system strong by eating whole, fresh foods. Try to avoid processed foods, foods with empty calories or high levels of fat, and hydrogenated foods, such as margarine or shortening.
·         Fresh fruits: Eat a wide variety of healthy foods. Eating one thing such as açaí or salmon for every meal, while not harmful, doesn't do all that much to keep your immune system at its strongest. Eat a variety of fruits, plenty vegetables, whole grains, protein sources such as milk, cheese, nuts and fish, and other foods rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids for a healthier immune system.
·         Practice good posture:  Rolling your shoulders or hunching over can actually affect the curvature of your growing spine (and not in a good way). Keep your shoulders back, chin high, and hips over your feet. Walk with purpose instead of slouching or slinking, and try to sit up straight when you're in chairs. Even if you're not actually getting taller, good posture will make you look taller.





·         Breathing: Breathing is also a great exercise in the morning that you can do. It is not only good for your health but also for you height. Take some breaths by inhaling deeply by the nose, then hold the breath, after that, exhale with the mouth. Repeat this routine again and again to fill the lungs with much needed oxygen.
·         Sunlight: A developing body needs plenty of sunlight; thus, go outside and expose yourself into the early morning sunshine. Early morning sunlight contains a lot of vitamin D which is essential nutrient required by human body to grow taller. Additionally, the warm morning sun will help you feel good than any kind of energized products.
·         Avoid Saturated Fats And Drugs: Saturated fatty acids will boost the creation of acetate fragments in the body which can cause the production of cholesterol. Obviously, cholesterol will cause damage to your body by getting lodged in the blood cells as well as organs. In other words, you need to avoid consuming alcohol, drugs, or anything else that is proven to be bad for your health. If you want to gain inch, then do everything you can to help your body. Because they understand that to successfully cure the person, the body need to be fully hydrated. So, to successfully increase height, you need to fill your body with enough water.

·         Visit a medical professional: If you're from a tall family and you're not growing by your mid-teens, or if your height hasn't changed much from before puberty to during puberty, then it's a good idea to see a doctor. Conditions that can stunt your growth (such as human growth hormone deficiency or autoimmune diseases) are fairly rare, but they do exist. If you're eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of rest but you're still not growing, then it's time to consult a doctor.
